Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 03.06.2025, the matter was listed for hearing today. 3. In the considered view of this Court, it is very difficult for this Court to monitor the relationship between the petitioner and the 4 th respondent in a writ petition. In any case, in view of the earlier order passed on 03.06.2025, the 4 th respondent is already in possession of the ground floor of the property. The other issues can be worked out before the competent civil court in the manner known to law. 5. With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
