Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the pending criminal proceedings. 3. The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
