In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. It is open for the aggrieved Assistant Teachers to seek appropriate remedies if they are aggrieved by the show-cause notice. Moreover, the Deputy Director of Education has only issued the show- cause notice. It is open for the concerned to raise all possible objections in response to the show-cause notice, including the authority of Deputy Director of Education to initiate such action.
