It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a complainant and made a complaint on 06.03.2025 supported by affidavit against the respondent No.5/Smt. Kavita Pandey, Village Pradhan & Sri Sanjay Saroj, Panchayat Secretary before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Bhadohi for the irregularities committed by them.It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decisis has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4.Heard learned cousnel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Bhadohi to take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
