The following prayers have been made in the writ petition:- i) Issue a suitable, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 29.4.2025 pending before him. ii) Issue a suitable, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to restrain the respondent no.5 to 8( who are the share holder of the land in question) and their associates respondent no.9 and 10 not to dispossess to the petitioner over the Arazi no.815/1 Mil,815/K and 815/Kha Situate in Village-Dilawarpur, Pargana -Mariyahun, Police Station & Tehsil- Mariyahun, District-Jaunpur without partition of the land. 2. Sri Bhartendu Pathak, counsel for the petitioner, states that the dispute is of civil nature and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail civil remedies. 3.
