The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to call meeting of Board of Administrators for the agenda of promotion to the post of Senior Accountant. 2. The petitioner is working as Accountant since 2012 with Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited. He claims that as per seniority list, he is senior most Accountant. One post of Senior Accountant is lying vacant for last one year. The Board of Administrators called meetings during 2023-2025, however, there was no agenda of promotion of petitioner to the post of Senior Accountant. 3. Mr. Anuj Balian, Advocate submits that respondent may be directed to consider his representation. 4. This Court cannot direct respondent to hold meeting of Board of Administrators and put up/consider specific agenda.
