Hon'ble Manjive Shukla,J. 1. Sri Akhilesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist submits that the revisionist wants to withdraw this criminal revision. He has further submitted that the revisionist shall appear before the court concerned and file an application for bail. He also submits that this Court may provide that his bail application be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. However, it is provided that if the revisionist appears before the court concerned within three weeks from today and applies for bail, the bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law, keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
