ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“….to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the petitioners representation dated 12.08.2025 and in failing to comply with the directions issued by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No. 28445/2009, and further in not conducting the survey and demarcation of the land situated in an extent of Ac.0.51 cents in Sy.No.22-1, Ac.13.84 cents in Sy.No.22-2, Ac.15.81 cents in Sy.No.23, Ac.0.82 cents in Sy.No.24-1, Ac.14.23 cents in Sy.No.24-2, Ac. 15.37 cents in Sy.No.25-1, Ac.0.32 cents in Sy.No.25-2, Ac.14.63 cents in Sy.No.26, Ac.15.82 cents in Sy.No.27-1, and Ac.0.33 cents in Sy.No.27-2 (total extent Ac.220.00 cents) of Raviguntapalli Village, Rapur Mandal, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and in violation of Section 7 of the A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923; and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith conduct survey and demarcate the above said land by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 12.08.2025, in the light of the directions issued in W.P. No.28445 of 2009, and pass such other order….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025, the respondent authorities conducted the survey. However, they have neither passed any endorsement nor furnished any report.

Considering the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to complete the process and pass appropriate orders under Section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and thereafter afford an opportunity to the aggrieved parties to file an

appeal under Section 11 of the said Act, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
