No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 09. 28.04.2025 Dr.YLR, J The Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, challenging the order dated 02.11.2010 passed in Crl.A.No.122 of 2010 on the file of the learned I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, whereby and whereunder the appeal was dismissed confirming the order dated 22.12.2009, passed in D.V.C.No.15 of 2007 on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad, directing the petitioners not to make any communication with respondent No. 2 in writing or oral and not to cause any violation towards the petitioner, her parents and brothers and some more directions were given to the petitioners herein. As seen from the version of the respondent No.2, who is the 1st petitioner in D.V.C.No.15 of 2007, the alleged cause of action arose in Hyderabad. The impugned orders in appeal and in the trial were passed by the Courts situated in the State of Telangana. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are residents of Hyderabad. Although the petitioners are residents of Madanapalle, Chittoor District, the cause of action arose in Hyderabad. Therefore, it is for the High Court of Telangana, which has got the jurisdiction to dispose of this Criminal Contd… 24 Revision Case. This case has to be transferred to High Court of Telangana on point of jurisdiction.
