Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned i.e. Addl. District & Session Judge / Special Judge (POCSO Act), Jalaun at Orai to decide the Criminal Case No.40 of 2020 (State Vs. Smt. Shivkanti @ Kanti and others) arising out of Case Crime No.28 of 2018 under Sections 363, 366 IPC and Sections 17/8 and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Churkhi, District Jalaun, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 3. It is submitted that the applicant is the informant in this case. Six witnesses have been examined so far and now the evidence of formal witnesses is to be recorded. The trial court is not taking proper interest in procuring the presence of the witnesses and recording the testimonies. Therefore, prayer has been made to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously within a stipulated period. 4. Since the matter relates to POCSO Act, learned trial court is expected to be more vigilant and sensitive while dealing with the cases under the POCSO Act wherein the victim of the case is a minor girl. 5. In the circumstances, the court concerned is directed to make all possible efforts and to use its power attributed to it by law to procure the attendance of the witnesses and record their evidence, who are the formal witnesses, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
