JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 24/04/2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellant submits that the present dispute pertains to fixation of provisional standard rent. In the present case, few respondents have already expired and despite best efforts, the appellant is not contacting the present counsel, therefore, it appears that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal due to [2025:RJ-JP:17317] (2 of 2) [CMA-1142/2005] subsequent developments thus, counsel for the appellant pleads no instructions on behalf of the appellant. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions and nature of the impugned order, the present appeal is dismissed for want of instructions. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed. However, it is made clear that if some grievance of the appellant still survives, he will be at liberty to move an application for revival of the submissions.
