ORDER:
The petitioners are aggrieved by the alleged action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in trying to dispossess the 1st petitioner and demolish her house and trying to take over the land of the 2nd petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 could not have sent their men, who are holding out threats of dispossession and demolition, without issuing any prior notice. 3. It is submitted that the 4th respondent is instigating the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and at the behest of the 4th respondent, the 2nd respondent is interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners peaceful possession over the subject property, who have purchased the property vide registered sale deeds. 4. Sri G. Lakshmi Narayana, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, on written instructions dated 30.12.2025, submits that the 3rd respondent has received a requisition on 13.11.2025 from the adjacent land owners and the 4th respondent, for conducting the survey and fixation of boundaries of the land belonging to the 4th respondent. 5. It is submitted that the 4th respondent is seeking a survey to be conducted in the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.08 cents of land in

Sy.No.32/2 of Pulivendula Village and has also enclosed the relevant title documents. 6. It is submitted that the 2nd petitioner refused to receive the notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 12.12.2025 for conducting the survey and that till date, the survey could not be conducted. 7.
It is also submitted that men from the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have visited the subject property in which the 3rd respondent is initiating survey proceedings based on the request of the 4th respondent. The Notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 12.12.2025 issued to the 4th respondent and other concerned is placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel. 8. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, quitas can be put to the dispute, by directing the 3rd respondent to complete the survey and demarcate the property of the petitioners and the 4th respondent by duly taking into consideration the title documents submitted by the petitioners as well as by the 4th respondent. The petitioners and the 4th respondent shall cooperate with the survey and submit all relevant documents relating to the subject property claimed by the respective parties. Needless to mention that the survey shall be completed within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5
9. In the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N SCH
