ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly 2nd and 4th respondent in not considering my application bearing NO.FMC250715063424, dated 15.07.2025 and PGRS complaint dated 24.11.2025, submitted to the 2nd and 4th respondents for issuance of Family Members Certificate, for the purpose to get the Government benefits and to access social schemes, as being illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, discriminatory, non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on them and contrary to the Vide G.O.MS No.145, dated 25.04.2015, rules framed there under and Violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India, and consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue the family member’s certificate to petitioner ….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after demise of the husband of the petitioner, she made an

application for family member certificate by paying the requisite fee on 15.07.2025. Despite five months have elapsed, the respondents have not issued the family member certificate to the petitioner, which has to be provided within 15 days from the date of receipt of the application. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the submissions and on perusal of the record, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 15.07.2025 and after conducting an enquiry, pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order and the same may be communicated to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
