This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. A co-ordinate Bench of this Court by way of an order passed on 22.12.2025 in BLAPL No.13382 of 2025 has already granted bail to the petitioner, but while granting bail, the said co-ordinate Bench has referred the parties for mediation to arrive at an amicable settlement. This order was in fact passed on 22.12.2025, but the mediation report as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner reveals that the next date of mediation has been fixed to 11.05.2026. It is, however, relevant to mention here that the outcome of the mediation proceeding will not affect the result of this bail application since the petitioner has already been admitted to bail.
