The petitioner has been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 12/2025 arising out of Garhwa P.S. Case No. 583/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 74, 75 & 76 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act, subsequently charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 62, 65(1), 74, 75, 76 & 333 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act-cum-A.S.J.- cum-F.T.C. (CAW), Garhwa. 3. In the mid-night of 27.10.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the victim who is 12 years old girl and raped her. The victim was student of this petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the entire occurrence appears to be false and fabricated. It was further submitted that the petitioner is also related to the victim. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
