ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an order or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent SHO, Nagaram Police Station, in repeatedly calling to the police station, harassing, intimidating, and interfering in the Church affairs of the petitioner without any FIR or written notice/summons as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, is illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to Direct the Respondent Police not to interfere in the civil/internal Church administration matters pending between private individuals.…”
2. Heard Sri Murali Babu Doma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against him and interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and third parties.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there are disputes between the petitioner and one Kancherla Ermia. He would further submit that basing on the complaint made by the said Kancherla Ermia and as well as the complaint made by the petitioner herein, both the parties were called to the police station for enquiry

and after due enquiry, the police have advised them to resolve their issues before the appropriate forum since they are civil in nature. Except for the purpose of enquiry, the police have never called and never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
