Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 360/2024, arising out of Hatgamharia P.S. Case No. 15/2024, Corresponding to G.R. Case No. 281/2024, for the offence under sections 302/201/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Chaibasa. The petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased Sidhu Sinku. Witnesses have stated that they had seen the petitioner assaulting the deceased due to which he succumbed to his injuries. They have also stated that the petitioner along with the co- accused persons had put the dead body in a gunny bag and thereafter dumped the body under a bridge at Dayaposi. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
