The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents No. 2 & 3 for deciding petitioner’s representations and correct the online khasra in Bhuiya app. 10.3 Cost of the petition may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application before the Tehsildar, Pachpedi, District – Bilaspur for correcting of the online revenue entries of the khasra number as mentioned therein. 2 However, the Tehsildar, Tehsil – Pachpedi has not taken any steps in this regard and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 2 to correct the online revenue entries within specified time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record. 5. Taking into consideration, facts and circumstances of the case, submission of counsel for the respective parties and nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing the Respondent No. 2/Tehsildar to take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner (Annexure P/3) in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order after considering the case of the petitioner. 6.
