This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(1) Issue a suitable order or direction directing the District Judge, Amroha to expeditiously decide the stay application filed in Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2025 (titled as 'Hari Singh and others Vs. Raj Pal and others') in a time bound manner;" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the suit instituted by plaintiffs-petitioners, an application for grant of temporary injunction was moved in which an ad interim injunction was granted. However, on the objection filed by defendants, the said application 6C was rejected against which a Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2025 has been preferred in which a stay application has been moved which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the stay application pending in Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2025. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to decide the stay application pending in Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2025, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three weeks, from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
