The instant writ petition has been filed with the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to furnish the corrected original Certificate Cum Mark Sheet Of High School Examination Session-2023, Bearing Roll No.1231763136, to the petitioner, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the marksheet has already received by the petitioner and, therefore nothing left for further litigation in the instant matter. 3. Sri Jitendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4 has not disputed the aforesaid facts as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Since the prayer of the petitioner has already been satisfied and the marksheet has been received by the petitioner on 26.05.2025, therefore, no reason left to keep the matter pending. 5.
