The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 5 to decide Arbitration Case No. 1734 of 2024 under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 within stipulated period. 3. We observe that the case was adjourned on 30.08.2024 on account of lawyers' strike and thereafter again on 25.11.2024 and 10.02.2025.. 4. At this stage, we are not inclined to issue any direction and leave it open to the petitioner to make request before the concerned Authority for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 5.
