JUSTICE S G PANDIT) Heard the learned counsel Sri. Santosh B Mane for the complainants and learned Addl. Advocate General Sri. Keshava Reddy for the accused. Perused entire contempt petition papers. 2. This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 28.11.2024 passed in WP No.106684/2024, wherein this Court directed as follows: “Writ of mandamus is issued directing respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioners, keeping in mid the orders passed by this Court in WP No.108897 & 108553 of 2017 and restore the entries in the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:15956-DB CCC No. 100141 of 2025 record of rights pertaining to the subject lands mentioned herein above within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.” 3. On service of notice, an affidavit of accused No.1-Deputy Commissioner, Ballari is filed enclosing Office Order dated 10.11.2025 and subsequently, memo dated 11.11.2025 is filed enclosing certain documents. When it was pointed out that sub-division of Sy.No.474 is not shown in the RTCs, learned AAG took some time to file proper RTCs in support of land in Sy.No.474/3 & 474/4. 4. Today, along with memo dated 19.11.2025, RTCs are enclosed in support of land in Sy.No.474/3 showing the name of Smt. Harijan Hucchamma and Sri.Harijan Yerriswamy in column No.9 & 12 and the name of Sri. Harijan Iranna in column No.9 and 12 in respect of land in Sy.No.474/4. Thus, we are of considered opinion that the order, which directs to restore the entries in the RTC pertaining to the subject lands is complied with. As there is - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:15956-DB CCC No. 100141 of 2025 substantial compliance of order passed by this Court, further proceedings are dropped.
