(Oral) It is the case of the petitioners that they are entitled to get arrears w.e.f. 19.09.1991 in view of the Government Order dated 15.02.2023, Annexure No.2 to the writ petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners had made representations to the respondent no.1, Managing Director, Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation Limited, but the representations have yet not been decided. 4. Learned State counsel would submit that if a fresh representation is made by the petitioners to the respondent no.1, Managing Director, Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation Limited, it shall be decided within a period of four weeks. 5. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. 2 6. The petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation to the respondent no.1, Managing Director, Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation Limited within a period of one week with further direction to the respondent no.1, Managing Director, Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation Limited to take a decision on it within a period of next four weeks.
