...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the official Respondents interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents in respect of property of an extent of 800 Sq. Yards situated in Raja Street, Ganapavaram, Eluru District without following the due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article.21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the official respondents not to interfere in civil disputes in respect of property situated in R.S. ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the official Respondents interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents in respect of property of an extent of 800 Sq. Yards situated in Raja Street, Ganapavaram, Eluru District without following the due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article.21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes and pass.…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint made by respondent No.7, a case in Cr.No.288 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 442, 506, 379 r/w 34 of IPC. The investigation reveals that it is a false case and the case was closed. The police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, except under due procedure of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
