Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, Special POCSO Case No.36 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-I, Koderma.
Petitioner on the pretext of marriage had established physical relationship with the victim. Later on, he refused to marry her.
It was submitted that there is delay of about three years in lodging of the F.I.R.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-I, Koderma, in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, Special POCSO Case No.36 of 2024.
