The office report dated 17.02.2023 shows that the NEC issued to petitioner nos. 1 to 9 by registered post fixing 30.01.2023 has neither returned unserved nor anyone has appeared. Today, when the case is called on, no one is present on behalf of the petitioners. In the circumstances, this petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
