ORDER:-
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief:
“…to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing the online application vide application. no. ANMY20241228034, dt.23-12-2024, filed by the petitioner under A.P. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application through the PGRS portal and also submitted a representation dated 23.12.2024 to the respondent authorities seeking mutation and for

issuance of title deed cum passbook, 1-B certificate of his name in the revenue records in respect of the land situated in Sy.No.92/3 to an extent of Ac.0.72 cents, Sy.No.58/1C to an extent of Ac.0.10 cents, Sy.No.58/1A to an extent of Ac.4.00 cents, Sy.No.350/1D to an extent of Ac.0.03 cents, Sy.No.376/1 to an extent of Ac.0.47 cents and in Sy.No.476/1B to an extent of Ac.0.02 cents of Parapatla Village, Kilikiri Mandal, Anamayya (Chittoor) District. It is contended that, despite receipt of the said representation, the respondent authorities have neither considered the request nor issued any proceedings till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation in Form-6A, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit an application in Form No-6A seeking for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation/application in Form-6A, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and, after issuing notice to the

petitioner, other legal heirs if any, and all other stakeholders, including those claiming rights by way of tenancy, encroachment, or occupation, shall conduct a detailed enquiry. Thereafter, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
