GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not acting upon the complaint given by her on 26.10.2021 with regard to illegal and unauthorized constructions made by the 4th respondent by blocking the lane of 10 links width and 132 feet length towards the eastern side of her site admeasuring 500 Sq.Yards in Sy.No.331 of Morampudi road, opposite to petrol pump, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District. 2. Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that, he has instructions from the 4th respondent that, the 4th respondent has removed the alleged encroachments from the subject site. 3. Sri P.Sai Avinash, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to close the writ petition by recording the above submissions. 4. In view of the submission that the 4th respondent has removed the alleged encroachments from the subject site, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner stills feels that the cause survives, she is at liberty to file appropriate application within two(02) months No costs.
