Petitioner has placed on record the communication addressed by the Dy. Commissioner, Budgam to Tehsildar Budgam with regard to the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of license/NOC for operating the Rice Husking Machine. In view of the prayer made in the present petition, the same is taken on board and is disposed of at its threshold with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date, certified copy of this order is made available to the respondent No.2.
