The present Cr.M.P has been filed for extension of time to comply with the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court in ACQA No.171 of 2019 whereby, liberty was granted to the appellant herein to prefer an appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of passing of said order. The petitioner has failed to file an appeal with the period of 45 days. Hence this Petition. 2.
