GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORDER The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in not releasing Rs.14,56,790/- to the petitioner towards the Diesel hike amount for drilling of bore wells to the needy & eligible farmers at free of cost. 3. Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader, by placing on record the written instructions of the Project Director, DWMA, Kurnool, dated 26.12.2025 submitted that the authorities admitted the amount due to the petitioner of Rs.14,56,790/- and prayed to grant three (03) months time to the authorities to pay the amount to the petitioner. 4. Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount of Rs.14,56,790/- within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the amount.
