Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.284/2025 and an FIR has not been registered. 3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent and co-operate with the investigating agency. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner. 4.
