The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.179 dated 05.05.2022 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Parao Ambala Cantt. District Ambala (Annexure P-1) as well as order dated 04.02.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambala (Annexure P-3), whereby charges under Sections 406, 498-A, 323 & 506 of IPC have been farmed against the petitioner and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
