ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 3 in not investigating or not filing of charge sheet including arrest of respondents Nos.4 and 5 in Crime No. 64 of 2025 on the file of Gadivemula Police Station, Nandhyal District for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 351(2), and 79 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Nandhyal District as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent herein to investigate and to file the charge sheet including arrest of respondents Nos.4 and 5 in Crime No. 64 of 2025 on the file of Gadivemula Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 351(2), and 79 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).…”
2. Heard Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are not concluding the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2025 on the file of Gadivemula Police Station. He would further submit that let there be a direction to the respondent-police to conclude the investigation and file a report as expeditiously as possible.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet is also

filed vide C.C.No.1018 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025 on the file of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandyal.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
