The petitioner is aggrieved due to inaction of the respondent no. 2 for not making appointments to the post of Instructor in technical 'Hair and Skin Care' that was advertised on 24.11.2015 which advertisement is enclosed as Annexure No. 2. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2 states that the posts of O.B.C. candidates are yet to be filled up pursuant to the aforesaid advertisement. He states that a representation has been made by the petitioner which has been enclosed as Annexure No. 8 to the writ petition which shall be decided by the respondent no. 2. 3. Under the facts and circumstances, this petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 to pass a reasoned order on the representation that was sent by speed post on 12.4.2025 and that has been enclosed as Annexure No. 8 to the writ petition, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of the order passed today is filed before him.
