Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that W.P.(C) No. 1491 of 2021 has subsequently been disposed of by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.04.2024, this Court is of the view that the interim order dated 31.01.2022 has already merged with final order dated 22.04.2024, which also contains the observation with respect to the said interim order. 3. Hence, there is no need to further proceed in the contempt petition. 4. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to file fresh 2 Cont. Case (C) No. 125 of 2023 contempt petition, if according to him, the opposite parties have violated the order dated 22.04.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1491 of 2021. 5.
