1. Heard Mr. Gurudev I. Sharan, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Deputy, Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking following prayer:-
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and set aside the
order dated 07.10.2017 passed by Additional Session Judge, Durg in Criminal Revision No. 0000168/2017 and also acquitted the present petitioners from the alleged charges in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the trial has concluded and the petitioners have been acquitted of the charges.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
