Upon the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared though counsel for respondent No.4 has appeared and has submitted that in the instant case the police, after concluding the investigation, had submitted the charge-sheet against the sole petitioner Mohammad Shafiullah @ Maina. Upon filing of the charge-sheet and taking of cognizance, the petitioner had preferred an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.22841 of 2024 before this Court, which too has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2024. 2. Counsel for respondent No.4 has further submitted that in the backdrop of the said circumstances, the present writ petition has become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 3. Learned AGA do not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. In view of the above, since the investigation in the instant case has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner upon which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner, which too has been Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Santosh Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Anil Kumar Ray, G.A. Mohammad Shafiullah @ Maina .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) challenged before this Court by means of aforesaid application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., and has been disposed of, the instant writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
