DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents in non-compliance of pending due MGNREGS Convergence Funds of Rs.21,90,721/- in connection with eleven (11) work ID's 060800809015170520, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 for developing housing colonies under Navaratnalu Peddalandariki Illu Scheme for the period between May, 2020 to August, 2020 despite 6th Respondent generating Fund Transfer Orders (FTO's) in the month of March, 2021 duly admitting Petitioners measurements for successful completion of work at Kondapalli Village in Ibrahimpatnam Mandal in Lr.ROC No.07/Housing/2023, dt.31.03.2023 and keeping amount of Rs.21,90,721/- pending for more than Two (02) years without valid reason is illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice contrary to the Rules and Regulations of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 as and further, offends Article- 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to comply with the above Measurement Books/Fund Transfer Orders by paying amounts along with interests at 18percent to the petitioner and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release the MGNREGS Convergence Funds of Rs.21,90,721/- in connection with eleven (11) work ID's 060800809015170520, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 for developing housing colonies under "Navaratnalu Peddalandariki Illu" Scheme in Kondapalli Village Ibrahimpatnam Mandal for the period between May, 2020 to August, 2020 despite 6th Respondent generating Fund Transfer Orders (FTO's) in the month of March, 2021 and pass such IA NO: 2 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to receive the additional document i.e., Fund Transfer Order issued in the month of June 2021 being filed herewith in WP No. 17114 Of 2023 in the interests of justice and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
