She requested for her transfer to a Government School at Haldwani on the ground that her husband is serving in Armed Forces and is posted at North Eastern Region; there is a minor son; petitioner is in the family way and there is no one to take care of her. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then she can make representation to the Competent Authority. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to Additional Director, Kumaon, Nainital regarding her transfer. If she makes such representation within two weeks from today, Additional Director concerned shall look into her request and take decision, as per law, within three months from the date of production of representation.
