Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 525/2024, arising out of M.G.M. (Mango Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 1021/2024, for the offences registered under sections 310(4), 310 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur.
Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 9784 of 2024 by order dated 27.11.2024.
On 05.08.2024 at about 6.00 a.m., this petitioner alongwith the co-accused persons were apprehended while they were decamping away after looting the Informant. On search, one knife was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Jaspal Singh.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
