Heard Mr.A.K. Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2. Since charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioners, they are adviced to move the trial court for seeking regular bail. 3. In appropriate circumstances, both the petitioners shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands disposed of.
