The instant present appeal has been filed with a prayer to set aside the summoning order dated 18.09.2019 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Banda in Special Case No.54 of 2019 (Smt. Chameliya Versus Imambaksha and others) under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(5A) SC/ST Act, Police Station Bisanda, District Banda. 4. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellants wants to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to appellants to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 5. In view of above, the present appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to appellants to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail which shall be decided by Court concerned in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
