1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. M.B. Parikh for the petitioner and learned Advocate Mr. R.D. Kinariwala for the respondents.
2. Learned Advocate Mr. Parikh would not press the present petition with liberty to prefer a representation to the respondents herein, more particularly with regard to an order dated 30.10.2018.
3. Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate Mr. Parikh, the request being reasonable, is accepted. If any representation is received by the respondents, the same shall be decided by the respondents expeditiously, in accordance with law.
4. The present petition stands disposed of as not pressed. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
