GP FOR HOME 2 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 36342/2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS filed questioning the inaction on the part of 3rd and 4th respondents are threatening and harassing the petitioner interfering with civil dispute to recover my father debt forcefully and handed over RCC House and taken a signature on many Non-Judicial Stamp Papers, promissory notes for settle dispute as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere with civil dispute and hand over my house as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and unjust and violation of the Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere with civil dispute in petitioner schedule house.…” 2. Heard Sri Sridhar Tummalapudi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of one Smt.Chukka Lakshmi Rajyam, a case in Cr.No.240 of 2025 dated 25.12.2025 of Ponnur town Police Station, Guntur District for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS against the petitioner. Except registration of the above crime, the police never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioner and third parties. 3 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which has been registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
