(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to relase/grant family pension and other retiral benefits to the petitioner as her husband, who retired as Clerk and was getting pension from the Department, died on 20.01.2025. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that as per the procedure laid down, the petitioner is required to move appropriate application for release of family pension with supporting documents to the Treasury Office at Panchkula, from where her deceased husband was drawing the pension.
