Qadri, Sr. Advocate, appearing counsel for the petitioners states that copy of order furnished to him on the previous date by counsel for the respondents/contemnors has been examined whereunder the claim of 11 numbers of petitioners has been accepted and their grievances redressed. In view of the aforesaid submissions of counsel for the petitioners inasmuch as the having regard to the orders passed by the Apex Court in the matter, the order of regularization in favour of the petitioners produced before this Court on previous date by appearing counsel for the respondents/contemnors, this Court is of the considered view that the respondents/contemnors have complied with the order/judgement though belatedly. Accordingly, contempt notices issued are recalled and contempt proceedings are closed.
