Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.13340 of 2025 The Court made the following ORDER: This criminal petition is filed Challenging the order dated 24.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1020 of 2025 by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge – Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam wherein and whereunder the petitioner was directed to execute a bond of Rs.35,000/- and also a bank guarantee to that effect.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the value of the mobile phone is Rs.39,487/- in the year 2023 and the mobile phone was allegedly used for commission of the offence. Now, the value of the mobile phone would have been diminished. The condition of execution of self bond for Rs.35,000/- and also bank guarantee is on higher side and if a bond of Rs.10,000/- is ordered, it would meet the ends of justice.
4. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal petition is
disposed of and the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XI Additional Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Anakapalli and the petitioner shall also furnish bank guarantee for Rs.10,000/-. The rest of the conditions imposed by the learned trial court shall be complied with scrupulously.
