The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceeding filed by the petitioner under section 45(1) is pending and in the event his interim application is not decided prejudice may be caused to the petitioner. 3. The learned AGP on oral instructions submits that the appeal would be taken up for consideration on 28.10.2025 and interim/final orders would be made within two weeks thereafter. 3. In view of the submissions made above, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned authority/Minister to decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law. All points are kept open. 4.
