Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent - State. 3. The petitioners were arrayed as A1 to A3 before the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle in C.C.No.729 of 2025. The allegations against the petitioners are that they had allegedly committed offences punishable under Sections 85, 115(2) read with 3(5) BNS. In view of the specific allegations leveled against the petitioners, this court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. 4. However, considering the nature and grievance of the allegations leveled against the petitioners, this court is inclined to dispose of the criminal petition directing the learned trial Court not to insist the presence of petitioner Nos.2 and 3/ A2 and A3 who are the parents of A1 except on crucial days when their presence is required.
